GENERAL CONDITIONS

• To confirm your booking we kindly request to pay the price of your stay immediately by transfer of € 75 per person, made payable to Centre « Les Blancards ».
• The regular price of a six nights stay is € 348 for a single room, and € 288 per person for a double room. Special price for students. Student's ticket required.
• The Course Fee is fixed by the Course Carrier. You settle payment directly with him or her.
• Full board is obligatory. Camping is not possible.
• If you cancel your booking less than 6 weeks before the beginning of your Course, we are obliged to dock € 75 for administrative costs. For Courses organised together with NostraSofia these costs are € 150.
• All rooms are equipped with a washbasin and central-heating. Toilets and showers are nearby on the floor.
• Towels are not included. In case of necessity you can rent a set of two towels for € 1,50.
• We recommand to arrange a cancellation insurance.
•  "Les Blancards" does not indemnify costs caused by an eventual cancelling of your Course.
• Reception is at Sundays-evening between 16.00 P.M. and 19.00 P.M. (at which time you will have dinner).
• If you will come by train, please take care you arrive before 16.00 P.M. at the railroad station of Valence. A bus service ensures the communication (bus stop « Joyeuse »). If you like to make excursions we recommand to come by car.

• Bank charges: Following EU-regulation 2560/2001 the cost of domestic bank credit transfers has - from 1 July 2003 - to be equal to transfers into the European Union range. This means that in majority the transfers will be free of charge. Watch carefully your bank credit transfers.
